Art Therapy is a method of therapy in which words are substituted or aided by other means of communication, like painting, sculpturing or drawing. Especially children and adults for whom language is a barrier or who have had experiences so overwhelming that they initially have no words available to express the events and feelings involved, can benefit from art therapy.
